Holyrood Distillery was established in 2019. While established Scotch Whisky distilleries continue to build upon their traditions, as a new wave Scotch whisky maker they aren’t constrained by 200 years of traditional production’

On the Whisky and Gin Tour, learn how whisky and gin are made using innovative new methods and ideas. Get a hands on look at both gin and whisky production areas, with drinks and sampling throughout.

Holyrood Distillery is fully accessible and suitable for children. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Soft drink alternatives will be made available during the tour.
